Appointments & Emergency Care

As an appointment-only clinic, our schedule is carefully planned to ensure each patients receives dedicated time and attention.

We do not accept walk-ins. However, emergencies may be accommodated depending on our availability. In the event of an urgent situation, your pet will be evaluated, and if found to be stable, may be treated as a work-in appointment if the schedule permits.

Please note: same day walk-in and work-in visits will incur an additional fee.

Wait Times

We do our best to minimize wait times; however, some delays are inevitable in a veterinary setting. Emergencies and unexpected needs may arise, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during these times, just as we would prioritize your pet in an urgent situation.

Appointment Duration

Most appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes, especially wellness visits. We encourage you to come prepared with any questions or concerns you’d like to discuss during that time.

If your pet requires treatments or services expected to take longer than 30 minutes, we may recommend that you leave them with us after the initial exam. This will help our team provide necessary care without delay.

We understand that your time is valuable, and we do our best to stay on schedule while minimizing wait times.

Veterinarian Availability

Our veterinarian is available for consultations during scheduled appointments only. If you have concerns that you would like to discuss directly with the doctor, please schedule an appointment.

When awaiting results from bloodwork or other diagnostics, you will receive a call from a team member once the doctor has reviewed and confirmed that the results are within normal limits. If any results are abnormal or require further discussion, the veterinarian will contact you directly.
