Drop off visits must be scheduled and require an appointment.
At every drop-off visit, pet parents are required to complete drop-off forms. This is necessary and required when dropping off a pet for treatment. Please allow sufficient time (15 minutes) to complete the required forms so that they are legible, accurate, and completely filled out.
If your pet is on any current medications that we need to be administer while in our care, you must bring the medication in its original container with the original pharmacy level. This ensures the correct medication and dosage are given safely.
Sick Pet Notice:
Pets showing signs of illness such as sneezing or coughing cannot be dropped off and must be scheduled for a regular appointment. These symptoms can indicate highly contagious viruses, and we take precautions to protect all pets in our clinic.
If your pet is experiencing vomiting or diarrhea, they will also require a regular appointment.
We do understand that some limitations for drop-offs apply and can cause an inconvenience, but our protocols are in place to help us provide the best care for our patients and safe environment for all our patients.
Drop-Off Fee:
All medical drop-off appointments will include a fee of $35.00. This covers occupying kennel space and the continuous care our team provides throughout the day, including observation, frequent potty breaks, food, and water.
