Before Your Appointment
If possible, please have all previous medical records sent to us before your first visit. The most effective way to obtain records is by contacting your previous veterinary clinic and requesting a complete medical record with doctor’s notes be sent to your email. Once received, you can forward the records to us at familypetclinictexas@gmail.com.
Arrival
We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows time to complete our New Client/Patient Form, check in your pet, and review any previous medical history to ensure our records are up to date.
Most of our appointments, particularly wellness visits, are scheduled for 30 minutes to allow ample time for a thorough exam and to address any questions or concerns.
