Dr. Dunahoo
DVM/Owner
Dr. Dunahoo is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University. Shortly after graduating in 2002, she joined Family Pet Clinic and became part-owner in 2007. Since then, she has committed her time and passion to the clinic, delivering compassionate, high-quality care to both pets and their people.
In her free time, Dr. Dunahoo enjoys attending concerts, Texas A&M Football games, lake days, spending time with her family, shopping, and exploring new restaurants. She is a proud mother of two daughters – her youngest is currently in high school and her oldest is following in her footsteps as a student at Texas A&M.
Dr. Dunahoo shares her home with a crew of seven pets: two toy poodles, Bo Duke and Rhett Butler; a lab mix named Sterling; a Dalmatian named Penny; and three playful cats – Peanut, Simon, and Kevin.
Growing up with her wonderful parents, Dr. Dunahoo was deeply involved in agriculture, showing Angus cattle, steers, and the occasional pig. Originally drawn to large animal medicine, she discovered early in veterinary school that her true calling was in small animal medicine, where she has since built a rewarding career.

Jill brings talent and positive energy to our team, and we’re thrilled to welcome her to Texas and work side by side with her.
